Bengaluru-based film producer Vandana Jain, who had accused Indian cricketer Amit Mishra of assaulting her in a star hotel in September in Bengaluru, on Wednesday clarified that she would not withdraw her complaint.
Earlier this week, there were reports that she would withdraw the complaint.
“Yes… Initially, I thought of withdrawing the complaint. But Amit Mishra was least bothered about the case. It made me wonder why I should be bothered about withdrawing the complaint when he is not bothered about it. Now, the case is before the court and the police, let them decide it, she told the media here.
