Priyal claims 8 as Presidency register big win

Priyal claimed all but two wickets of Vidyaniketan School, Hebbal, to help Presidency School, RT Nagar, register a comprehensive 117-run win in the BTR Shield under-14 (Division I) cricket tournament here.

After posting a decent 208 all out in 49 overs, Presidency bowled out Vidyaniketan for 91 with Priyal claiming an impressive haul of 8/18.

In another fixture, Sanjay put in an all-round performance (37 and 2/24) to help Ebenezer International School beat Presidency School, Nandini layout.

Ebenezer International School: 203/9 in 50 overs (Sanjay 37, Rajvir 62; Adithya NG 2-36, Amith 4-41) bt Presidency School, Nandini Layout: 114 all out in 41 overs (Adithya NG 65 n.o.; Sanjay 2-24, Vishal 2-10).

Delhi Public School, East: 239/8 in 50 overs (Prutvi 72, Gautham 39, Jay Desai 34 n.o.; Aneeshwar Gautam 3-37, Yug Jain 3-37) bt Vidyashilp Academy: 76/7 in 28.1 overs (Anneshwar Gautam 39 n.o.; Tushar 3-13, Shashank 2-6, Shray Singh 2-10) (Match was called off due to heavy rain, DPS won on better run rate).

Bishop Cotton Boys School: 214/8 in 50 overs (Anvith Kuthpady 76, Bradlee 28; Manish 2-33, Rahul 2-42) bt Max Muller School: 119 all out in 45.2 overs (Prateek 32; Amogh 2-8, Nahshon 2-25, Neel C 2-26, Neel R 2-6).

Army Public School,(PRTC): 130 all out in 40.4 overs (Prajwal C 25 n.o.; Chanakya 2-26, Vivek 4-29) lt to Jain International Residential School: 131/7 in 31.1 overs (Vivek 31; Vishal V 3-40, Sanket SB 2-48).
