The Chief Minister witnessed Sahasra Deepalankara Seva and procession of Lord Balaji at the especially built temple here.
Mr. Kejrwial said the Balaji festival offered a unique opportunity to the people of the National Capital Region as it replicated the sacred rituals and services of Lord Balaji Temple in Tirumala.
It is not feasible for pilgrims visiting Tirumala to witness all these rituals and special services given the huge rush and shortage of time.
He said the Delhi government will officially support the Vaibhavam from next year and added that he will provide full cooperation to the ongoing festival.
The 10-day festival is organised by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, that manages the Lord Balaji temple in Tirumala.
